a good year..
I will be sorry to see the end of 2011. It has been a particulary good year for me. I have acheived many things and I have continued to fight my MS and overcome the ‘nasties’ it keep throwing at me. Long may it last and, of course, it is my resolution to continue to do this in 2012.
May everyone everywhere treat their fellow peoples as they would like, and expect, to be treated...
Touchy
I have an ipod TOUCH! This pleases me.
I even got it cheap in the sale at Sainsburys.. and I had a voucher for money off.. and I used my ‘collected’ points money.. so basically it was half price! Although I was going to use the points for a weeks free shopping next month, but never mind..
I have also picked up a couple of bargains at the NEXT sale. This pleases me also.
It’s the shortest day today! and I thought it was yesterday.. what an anti climax..

I rode a new horse yesterday. Sparky. And he was. He is only six years old but very nice and I look forward to developing a relationship with him. I feel like I’m being unfaithful to Softie, in a way, but Softie is on the verge of retiring and I welcome the challenge of a youngster!

Wind
It’s a bit windy outside. There’s a RED ALERT weather warning for midday for strong winds of up to 100 mph. I hope my little Christmas tree survives. I have put the washing machine on to wash the bedding this morning.. wondering if I could hang it out to dry…
Bed-ding
I’m looking forward to going to bed tonighht - a new duvet - nice and snug and warm.. and a new duvet cover too. What extravagance! It will be so nice to snuggle into a lovely new quilt..

This morning I was involved in the making of a video at the Equibuddy HQ in Greenlaw. An early start for me and the roads were icy. I was filmed on the lovely horse and also interviewed.. I can’t remember what I said as I wasn’t prepared for that bit but I babbled away about something. I was frozen to the bone by the end of the morning.. nice to get home to a cup of soup.
