We had a lovely meal in Wetherspoons in Hawick last night. I love their ‘superfood’ salad. It’s tasty and healthy and all those raw veggies make me feel like I’m being kind to my body. However, I let myself down by scoffing down their most delicious sticky toffee pudding with custard [heaven!]

Afterwards we  had our monthly MS support group meeting. A fundraising event is being organised.. should be fun..
