Ffff..fell..
Just gave myself the fright of my life by falling off my chair! WTF [and that is definitely called for here]. Dammit I thought things were improving.. and I’m certainly not getting used to all the numbness. What chance is there when I can’t even keep my bum on a chair. Maybe I overdone things cleaning the bathroom earlier.. is that an excuse not to do housework.. hmm..
On a positive note I got through the dentist appointment this morning without any problems and, I have to say, it was the best scale and polish I have ever had [thankyou Kirsty] however, on the way home it hit me that I am now old as I require regular [every 3 months] scaling and polishing! Oh dear..
